Source checker
Paste the document and the narration. The tool shows whether each sentence appears in the document word for word: the page and line if it does, the reason and the closest passage if it does not.
The result shows up here.
How it works
Give it the document
Drop a .txt or .docx file, or paste the text.
Paste the narration
The text you want checked: a video script, a summary, lesson notes.
Read the result
Each sentence is marked found or not found. A missing sentence comes with the reason and the closest place in the source.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file or text sent anywhere?
No. Reading and comparing happen on this page, in your browser; no file or text is sent to any server.
Which files can it read?
Plain text (.txt, .md), Word (.docx) and pasted text. It does not read PDF text yet: copy the text out of the PDF and paste it.
What does “word for word” mean?
Differences in spacing, line breaks and quote style are ignored. If a word, a number or a negation changes, the sentence is not found. Turkish capitals (İ/ı) are handled correctly.
What are the line numbers based on?
The lines of the text you gave: 40 lines count as one page. Zıpır’s panel numbers the lines that come out of a PDF; here the place is the place in your text.
Is this Zıpır’s own verifier?
Yes. The code Zıpır uses to tie each video sentence to its source runs here, bundled for the browser; no second verifier was written.
Is it paid? Do I need an account?
It is free and needs no account.
Video lessons where every sentence points to its source
Zıpır reads your document, ties each sentence to a source line and produces the video through this same check.
